Hi, I’m Beatriz A. Villegas, a mortgage loan originator with All In Lending, a team of Clear Mortgage Capital.

For me, home financing begins with understanding the person behind the application—their goals, questions, and what owning a home means to them. I help buyers and homeowners explore financing for purchases, refinances, and home equity, with clear explanations in English and Spanish.

My journey into mortgage lending began as an assistant to a loan officer with 20 years of experience. Working alongside them is where I learned much of the business and built the foundation for the work I do today. What inspired me to become a loan officer was the need to help my community understand the path to homeownership. As a homeowner myself, I know how difficult buying a home can feel when you don’t understand the process in your own language. That experience motivates me to provide the education and guidance I wanted during my own journey.

Family is an important part of my life and the reason I connect deeply with helping other families prepare for homeownership. I live in San Diego, and outside of work, I enjoy dancing, soccer, and traveling with my family. Those moments remind me that a home is more than a property. It’s a place to build memories and plan for the future.

My passion for mortgage lending goes hand in hand with education. I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers and members of the Hispanic community understand a process that can feel unfamiliar. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions, understand the costs and tradeoffs, and know what their next step could be.
